These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of choopy.co and the Choopy game and features (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy & Cookies Policy.
The Service is intended for users 15+ in France (or the local digital consent age if higher) and not directed to children under 13 (COPPA). Where required by law, under-age users need parental permission.
Creating or maintaining multiple accounts for the same individual is strictly forbidden. Re-registering after enforcement action is prohibited.

We use anti-bot measures (e.g., Cloudflare Turnstile), session regeneration, CSRF tokens, rate-limits, anomaly detection and security logging. We may suspend or terminate accounts for security or compliance reasons.
Feeding, showing love, daily log-ins and AI "Thoughts" interactions grant XP, levels and an estimated value.

Player-versus-player mechanics may affect XP/rankings. We may rebalance or modify rules at any time to preserve fairness, including resets or freezes.

AI outputs (e.g., from third-party providers) may be inaccurate or fictional. Use at your own risk. Do not include sensitive information in prompts. We may moderate or filter content.
You retain rights to content you submit (names, messages, avatars). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display and adapt it to operate and promote the Service.
Code, graphics, databases, trademarks and designs are protected. No copying, distributing, or derivative works without written consent.
By purchasing digital content, you request immediate performance and waive any withdrawal/right of rescission to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Prices, currencies and any taxes (e.g., VAT or US sales tax) are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
Refunds are only provided for non-delivery or billing errors proven to be our fault. Otherwise, all digital purchases are final.
A seller fee will be published on the Site and may change. The current fee schedule applies to listings/sales after publication.
We may require identity verification (KYC) from €100 (per sale or cumulative over a period) and in any case where required by anti-fraud/AML rules.
We may reject, remove, or cancel suspicious listings/transactions (collusion, value/XP manipulation).
Users are responsible for any taxes arising from their sales.
The Service is provided "as is" and may evolve. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be limited or withdrawn for legal, security or balancing reasons.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of chance, and loss/corruption of data.
Nothing limits liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud/willful misconduct. Mandatory consumer rights (where applicable) remain unaffected.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or legal/security reasons.
Delaware (USA) law governs. Exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delaware, subject to non-waivable local consumer protections.
Local mandatory consumer protections apply. Disputes may be brought in your country of residence or in France at your choice.
We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will provide notice on the Site or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
